Bhikari Clothing – Refund and Return Policy

At Bhikari Clothing, we’re dedicated to providing top-quality t-shirts and ensuring you have a smooth shopping experience. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to assist you with returns, exchanges, or refunds.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Have the original tags attached and be in the original packaging.
  • Send us request within 3 Days of delivery.

Non-returnable items:

  • The items which has passed 3 Days of the delivery.

2. Refunds

Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we will notify you via email. After that, we will initiate a refund to your original bank account or via UPI.

Refund processing time:
It may take 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your bank account.

Shipping costs:
Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

3. Exchanges

At Bhikari Clothing, we currently do not offer exchanges. EXCHANGE is only possible when the product arrived to you is damaged or defective. If you’d like a different size or color, you can simply return the original item (following our return process) and place a new order for the item you want. This ensures you get the correct product as quickly as possible.

4. Process for Returns

To start a return, follow these simple steps:

  1. Email us at bhikariclothing@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will respond with instructions and guide you further.
  3. Pack the item securely and attach the shipping label.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

We’re sorry if your item arrived damaged or defective! Please email us at bhikariclothing@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving the product. Include photos of the damage, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

6. Non-returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

  • The product that has been used.
  • The product that has exceeded 3 days of delivery.
