Bhikari Clothing Affiliate Program Terms of Service

Agreement

By signing up to be an Affiliate in the Bhikari Clothing Affiliate Program (“Program”) you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”).

Bhikari Clothing reserves the right to update and change the Terms of Service from time to time without notice. Any new features that augment or enhance the current Program, including the release of new tools and resources, shall be subject to the Terms of Service. Continued use of the Program after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.

Violation of any of the terms below will result in the termination of your Account and for forfeiture of any outstanding affiliate commission payments earned during the violation. You agree to use the Affiliate Program at your own risk.

1. Account Terms

You must be 18 years or older to be part of this Program.
You must live in the India to be an Affiliate.
You must be a human. Accounts registered by “bots” or other automated methods are not permitted.
You must provide your legal full name, a valid email address, and any other information requested in order to complete the signup process.
Your login may only be used by one person – a single login shared by multiple people is not permitted.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. Bhikari Clothing cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
You are responsible for all Content posted and activity that occurs under your account.
One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one account.
You may not use the Affiliate Program for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

2. Affiliate Responsibilities

2.1. You agree to promote Bhikari Clothing in an ethical and professional manner.
2.2. Affiliates must not engage in any form of spamming, deceptive advertising, or unlawful activities to generate traffic or sales.
2.3. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your affiliate account login information.

3. Commission and Payouts

3.1. Affiliates will earn a commission on valid sales generated through their unique affiliate link.
3.2. Commissions are calculated as a percentage of the net sale value, excluding taxes, shipping, and refunds.
3.3. Payouts are made when you cross minimum eligible amount.
3.4. Payments will be made via the payment method – UPI. Ensure your payment details are accurate to avoid delays.

4. Prohibited Activities

4.1. Affiliates must not misrepresent Bhikari Clothing or make false claims about the brand or its products.
4.2. Affiliates are prohibited from bidding on branded keywords or using Bhikari Clothing’s trademarks without permission.
4.3. Affiliates may not create websites, domains, or social media profiles impersonating Bhikari Clothing.

5. Termination of Account

5.1. Bhikari Clothing reserves the right to terminate any affiliate account for violation of these terms, fraudulent activities, or inactivity.
5.2. Upon termination, unpaid commissions may be forfeited, subject to review.
5.3. Affiliates may terminate their account at any time by contacting us.

6. Modifications to the Program

6.1. Bhikari Clothing reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Affiliate Program at any time without prior notice.
6.2. Any changes to these terms will be communicated to affiliates, and continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

7. Liability

7.1. Bhikari Clothing is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Affiliate Program.
7.2. Affiliates are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

By creating an affiliate account, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
